In customer service, I receive and record orders from customers throughout the north, with a focus on the Danish market. I deal with issues related to supplies and delivery times and customer related issues with tight deadlines.

2008-2012:

Claims adjuster at the insurance company, Moderna Försäkringar (Sweden)

Claims adjusting by phone and email for customers in Denmark. I was responsible for training the staff of Elgiganten, Denmark in sales and advicing about insurance.

2007-2008:

Project Coordinator at Porsdal & Nielsen in (Denmark)

Coordination of construction projects, which involved planning, budget, customer contact and supervision of the staff. 

2006-2007:

Country Manager in Avoriaz, France for Trier skirejser (Denmark)

Responsible for seven ski resorts in France, with up to 30 guides/tour leaders. I was participated in hiring staff, planning and organizing training courses for guides and tour leaders.

Destination Manager in Avoriaz, France Trier Skirejser (Denmark)

Responsible for eight guides/tour leaders and the destination worked optimally.

2003-2004:

I taught in Danish, mathematics and history in the seventh grade and math, science and sport in the third grade. I was also a supporting teacher for students with special needs.

2000-2002:

I was responsible for all offline and online marketing of all Jubii's services, from ad production, budget to media planning and coordination of campaigns and monitoring and reporting.
